ARM 2.5.609. ALTERNATIVE PROCUREMENT METHODS

(1) An agency may request authorization from the division to pursue an alternative procurement method. (2) If an alternative procurement method is approved, the division shall: (a) conduct the procurement on behalf of the agency or delegate one-time authority to conduct the procurement on its own; (b) notify potential vendors of the alternative procurement method being used for the supply or service; and (c) make a written determination as to the success of the method.
