ARM 2.63.403. SALES AGENT APPLICATIONS AND FEES

(1) A person interested in obtaining a license as a sales agent shall: (a) complete an eStop application and pay the required licensing fee on the state licensing system portal at www.eStop.mt.gov ; (b) file an application for a license using the application forms on montanalottery.com; and (c) indicate license type: (i) lottery only; or (ii) sports wagering only. (2) There is a one-time non-refundable $50 application fee for a license. (3) The application must provide sufficient information for the director to determine the eligibility for a license as set forth in 23-7-301, MCA, and these rules and for the director for security to perform sufficient background checks to ensure that applicants and licensees conform to the law and rules.
