ARM 2.63.404. RETAILER REQUIRED RULE READING

(1) Each licensed retailer and any employee of the retailer who will be involved in the sale, bookkeeping, or any other aspect of the lottery shall:
(a) read the lottery law and rules of the commission concerning retail licenses and be familiar with such law and rules;
(b) sign an official log that he or she is familiar with the law and rules of the commission and agrees not to violate such law or rules.
