ARM 2.63.405. RETAILER ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER

(1) A retailer shall, before being licensed, authorize the debiting and crediting of an account in the retailer's name for the purpose of electronic funds transfer to or from the state's collection account, as provided in ARM 2.63.801. (2) The retailer shall execute all forms required by the lottery director, the retailer's bank or the initiating bank.
