ARM 32.15.103. CERTIFICATES

(1) All certificates issued by the Montana department of livestock, brands-enforcement division, are a personal privilege to the licensee, and such certificate, or any interest therein, cannot be transferred to or acquired by any other person or organization without the approval of the Montana department of livestock, brands-enforcement division. (2) The licensee of each licensed market has a personal and non-delegable responsibility to operate and maintain the market in accordance with the laws of the state of Montana, the laws of the United States, and the rules of the Montana department of livestock, brands-enforcement division.
