ARM 32.3.138. DEPUTY STATE VETERINARIAN DEFINITION

Cite as Mont. Admin. R. 32.3.138

(1) "Department" means the Department of Livestock. (2) "Deputy State Veterinarian" means a veterinarian licensed in the state of Montana and deputized to perform state functions pursuant to ARM 32.3.139 of this subchapter who is not a current employee of the department or the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
