ARM 32.3.204. PERMIT REQUIRED FOR LIVESTOCK, GAME, FURBEARING ANIMALS, WILD ANIMALS, EMBRYOS, AND SEMEN

(1) Livestock may not enter the state of Montana unless accompanied by a Montana permit. This requirement applies regardless of the species, breed, sex, class, age, point of origin, place of destination, or purpose of the movement of the livestock entering the state.
