ARM 32.3.301. DISEASE CONTROL

(1) The department adopts and incorporates by reference the federal pseudorabies disease control standards contained in Title 9 of the Code of Federal Regulations and the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Pseudorabies Eradication State-Federal-Industry Program Standards. The Code of Federal Regulations is available for review online at www.ecfr.gov. The Pseudorabies Eradication State-Federal-Industry Program Standards is available for review online at https://www.aphis.usda.gov/sites/default/files/prv_program_standards_3.pdf. A copy of both documents may be obtained from the Department of Livestock, 301 North Roberts Street, P.O. Box 202001, Helena, Montana 59620-2001. (2) An "animal" in this subchapter means any quadruped of a species which can become infected with pseudorabies.
