ARM 32.3.407A. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP TEST

(1) Cervidae must undergo an official test for brucellosis and must be determined to be negative before change of ownership. The test must be performed not more than 30 days prior to the date they are sold or moved and the results must be entered on a department official test form. (2) This test shall be performed on the following cervidae: all caribou or elk over six months of age capable of breeding.
