ARM 32.6.103. DAIRY MILK ANIMAL FOODS

(1) No milk or skim milk shipped to any milk plant or creamery may be returned or shipped to any farm or premise for the purpose of feeding animals or poultry until that milk or skim milk has been pasteurized or sterilized in a manner approved by the Montana department of livestock, animal health division. (2) No milk cans or containers that have been used to ship milk or cream or dairy products to any milk plant or creamery may be returned or shipped to any farm or premises until those cans or containers have been cleaned and sterilized in a manner approved by the Montana department of livestock, animal health division.
