ARM 32.6.206. DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE FED ANIMALS - INSPECTION BEFORE SALE

(1) Swine or other animals from a garbage feeding establishment may be disposed of for purposes of slaughter only, and under no circumstances may they be disposed of for feeder or breeding purposes unless written permission is first secured from the department. (2) In its discretion, the department may by written order require that swine or other animals which have been fed garbage be clinically inspected and tested before sale and removal from the premises where fed.
