ARM 36.11.431. THREATENED AND ENDANGERED SPECIES - GRIZZLY BEAR

(1) The department shall include the following management considerations for grizzly bears: (a) Refer to the Swan Valley Grizzly Bear Conservation Agreement (February 23, 1995) for lands administered by the swan unit field office. Specific definitions that pertain to management within the Swan River state forest are contained in the agreement. In the event that cooperative implementation of the agreement ceases, the department shall proceed to the extent practicable under the terms of the agreement in the Swan River state forest. (i) Participate in annual monitoring and reporting of implementation of the Swan Valley Grizzly Bear Conservation Agreement (February 23, 1995) for the duration the agreement is in effect, or until the department otherwise terminates the agreement pursuant to applicable terms.
