ARM 36.14.311. RELEASE OF THE PERFORMANCE BOND

(1) The performance bond cannot be released by the owner any sooner than 1 year after completion of construction. (2) If the owner or the surety decides to abandon the project, the owner or the surety shall immediately notify the department in writing and, if during construction, submit suitable plans and render the dam safe.
