ARM 36.14.801. JURISDICTIONAL SIZE OF THE DAM OR RESERVOIR

(1) For the purposes of 85-15-214, MCA, and this sub-chapter, the department's authority extends to dams or reservoirs having an impoundment capacity of 50 acre-feet or greater, regardless of the hazard classification.
