ARM 36.21.803. MONITORING WELL CONSTRUCTION

(1) A well used for monitoring purposes may not be converted to a water supply well, unless it meets minimum water well construction standards (ARM Title 36, chapter 21, sub-chapter 5) , has board approval, and complies with the department of natural RESOURCES AND CONSERVATION's water rights statutes. (Title 85, chapter 2, MCA) .
