ARM 36.22.1011. WELL COMPLETION AND RECOMPLETION REPORTS

(1) Within 30 days after the completion of a well drilled for oil or gas (except a wildcat or exploratory well) , a completion report shall be filed with the board on Form No. 4. (2) Within 30 days after the completion of any repair, deepening, reconditioning, reperforating, or recompletion, a detailed report of work done and results obtained shall be filed with the board on Form No. 2.
