ARM 37.100.135. ADULT FOSTER CARE HOMES (AFCH): FAIR HEARING

(1) Any person aggrieved by an adverse department action denying, revoking or suspending a license may request a fair hearing in accordance with ARM 37.5.304, 37.5.305, 37.5.307, 37.5.310, 37.5.311, 37.5.313, 37.5.318, 37.5.322, 37.5.325, 37.5.328, 37.5.331, 37.5.334, and 37.5.337. (2) The provider will cease operation of the AFCH pending the fair hearing in those instances where the revocation or suspension of the license is based upon actions that the department has determined places any resident in imminent risk of harm or injury.
