ARM 37.100.146. ADULT FOSTER HOMES, EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS

(1) The adult foster home shall have procedures for emergency evacuation to be followed in the case of fire or other emergency. (2) Residents, adult members of the foster family and other persons in the home shall be familiar with emergency procedures and such procedures shall be practiced with the residents at least quarterly. (3) Emergency procedures shall include a plan for removing all residents, including residents who need assistance in exiting.
