ARM 37.106.1811. SPECIALTY MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY: ADMINISTRATOR

(1) A specialty mental health facility must have an administrator who has formal training and/or experience, preferably in the administration of a mental health facility, which demonstrates an ability to perform the functions and duties required by these licensure rules. (2) The facility must ensure that the administrator is on the premises the number of hours necessary to manage and administer the facility in compliance with these licensure rules.
