ARM 37.106.1997. OUTPATIENT CRISIS RESPONSE FACILITY: EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

(1) Each outpatient crisis response facility shall develop a written plan for emergency procedures. At a minimum, the plan must include: (a) emergency evacuation procedures to be followed in the case of fire or other emergency; (b) procedures for contacting emergency service responders; and (c) the names and phone numbers for contacting other crisis response facility staff in emergency situations. (2) Telephone numbers of the hospital, police department, fire department, ambulance, and poison control center must be posted by each telephone.
