ARM 37.106.3244. RELIGIOUS AND CULTURAL BELIEFS

(1) The facility must have written policies and procedures on how the resident’s individual religious and cultural beliefs will be addressed. (2) The facility must provide residents with a reasonable opportunity to practice their respective religions. Residents must be permitted to have reasonable access to religious materials of their choice. If reasonable access is denied, the facility must have documentation of the specific reasons for the denial. (3) The facility must document its efforts in providing opportunity and encouragement to each resident to identify with their cultural heritage.
