ARM 37.106.3322. REPORTS TO THE DEPARTMENT

(1) The Department of Public Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General, will develop a reporting form that facilitates data collection and review of quality assurance systems, pursuant to 50-5-250(2)(f), MCA. The department will make the form available through the electronic licensing system. (2) An experimental treatment center must complete the form with information from the full calendar year. (a) The report is due to the department by February 1 of the next calendar year and submitted through the electronic licensing system. (b) The department may reduce the license of an experimental treatment center to a provisional license if the report is not received by the date it is due. (c) Further licensing action may be taken if there is continued noncompliance with this rule. (3) All identifying patient information must be redacted for standard reporting purposes.
