ARM 37.106.411. MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR A HOSPITAL: INTENSIVE CARE UNIT

If a hospital provides an intensive care unit, the unit shall comply with the following requirements: (1) When a patient is cared for in an intensive care unit, a licensed registered nurse shall be on duty. (2) At a minimum, the following equipment and supplies must be available in an intensive care unit: (a) oxygen, oxygen and suction apparatus; (b) defibrillator, resuscitator and respirator; (c) emergency drugs.
