ARM 37.106.645. MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR AN INTERMEDIATE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY CARE FACILITY

(1) An intermediate developmental disability care facility shall comply with the conditions of participation for intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded as set forth in 42 CFR 442, Subpart G. (2) The department hereby adopts and incorporates by reference 42 CFR 442, Subpart G, which is a federal agency rule setting forth administrative, personnel, programmatic, and health standards that must be met by any intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded in order to be medicaid eligible.
