ARM 37.110.310. FOOD SUPPLIES

(1) All food in food processing establishments shall be from sources approved or considered satisfactory by the federal, state, and local inspection enforcement agencies and shall be clean, wholesome, free from spoilage, free from adulteration and misbranding, and safe for human consumption. Food from such sources shall have been protected from contamination and spoilage during subsequent handling, packaging and storage and while in transit. (2) All hermetically sealed food and food products shall have been processed in food processing establishments.
