ARM 37.111.518. TOILETS

Toilet facilities must be: (1) Located within 300 feet of all sleeping quarters, unless local conditions, such as high ground water, flood hazard, or inappropriate topography or soil conditions, render that impossible, in which case they must be located as closely as those conditions permit. (2) Provided in the ratio of one toilet for every 10 persons or fraction thereof.
