ARM 10.57.416. CLASS 3 ADMINISTRATIVE LICENSE - SECONDARY PRINCIPAL ENDORSEMENT

(1) To obtain a secondary principal endorsement an applicant must provide verification of: (a) a minimum of three years of experience as an appropriately licensed and assigned Class 1 or 2 teacher at the secondary level; (b) a master's degree in educational leadership from an accredited professional educator preparation program as defined in ARM 10.57.102 or a master๊žŒs degree related to education; (c) completion of an accredited professional educator preparation program as defined in ARM 10.57.102 for secondary principals; (d) completion of three semester credits of college courses in Montana school law, including special education law; and (e) recommendation for the endorsement from the appropriate official from an accredited professional educator program.
