ARM 37.112.150. LICENSE REQUIREMENT AND DISPLAY

(1) No person shall operate an establishment without a license issued by the department. Only a person who complies with the requirements of this chapter shall be entitled to receive or retain such a license. Licenses are not transferable. (2) A valid license must be posted in every establishment in a conspicuous location.
