ARM 37.114.1002. TUBERCULOSIS: ACTIVE DISEASE

(1) A person will be considered to have active tuberculosis until either the diagnosis of active tuberculosis is ruled out or adequate treatment is completed as determined by the local health officer or the department. (2) When a person with active tuberculosis is an in-patient at a healthcare facility, either for diagnosis, acute care, or long-term care, the facility must notify the local health officer or department before the patient is discharged from their facility.
