ARM 37.114.542. HEPATITIS C (ACUTE OR CHRONIC)

(1) The local health officer must ensure that each case: (a) is counseled regarding prevention of transmission to others and provided with referrals to counseling and medical care as appropriate; and (b) is encouraged to notify and refer at-risk contacts for testing, or to request assistance of the local public health officer with contact notification.
