ARM 37.115.101. PURPOSE AND APPLICABILITY

(1) The intent of ARM Title 37, chapter 115, subchapters 1 through 22 is to help assure a safe and sanitary environment in and around public swimming pools, spas, and other water features. (2) This chapter defines public swimming pools, spas, and other water features; establishes minimum standards for the construction, maintenance, and operation of public swimming pools, spas, and other water features and related facilities; regulates the inspection of such features and facilities; and provides for the enforcement of this chapter.
