ARM 37.115.103. APPLICABILITY

(1) New and existing public swimming pools must conform to the provisions of this code, and any other standard and code referenced herein, except as specified in FCS 3-2018, Chapter 14, Grandfather Clause, or elsewhere in this chapter.
