ARM 37.115.1825. SPA DEPTH

(1) The maximum water depth shall be four feet measured from the design waterline except for spas that are designed for special purposes such as therapy and are approved by the department for those purposes. (2) Spas shall have permanent depth markers plainly and conspicuously visible from all obvious points of entry.
