ARM 37.115.1836. WADING POOLS - CIRCULATION AND DISINFECTANT SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

(1) A wading pool shall be a separate pool with an independent circulation and disinfectant system independent from any other adjacent pool and shall be physically separated from all other pools. (2) Wading pools must have a recirculation and disinfectant system of its own that is capable of a one hour turnover rate.
