ARM 37.115.2103. CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN

(1) An operator of a swimming pool, spa, or other water feature may submit a plan of correction to the department within ten days of receiving any notice of violation. (2) Submission of a plan of correction will bar any further administrative enforcement action by the department against the operator if: (a) the department approves the plan in writing, including the time proposed by the operator to correct the violation; and (b) the operator complies with the corrective action plan within the time period prescribed by the department.
