(1) No licensee shall dispose of any radioactive material except: (a) by transfer to an authorized recipient as provided in ARM 37.14.547 , or (b) as authorized pursuant to ARM 37.14.710 , 37.14.741 , 37.14.742 or 37.14.743 .
