ARM 37.14.817. EQUIPMENT CONTROL: UTILIZATION LOGS

(1) Each licensee or registrant shall maintain current logs, which shall be kept available for inspection by the department for 2 years from the date of the recorded event. (2) These logs shall show for each source of radiation the following information: (a) A description, or make and model number, of each source of radiation or storage container in which the sealed source is located. (b) The identity of the radiographer to whom assigned. (c) Locations where used and dates of use.
