ARM 37.27.301. SUBMISSION DATE

(1) All county chemical dependency plans are to be submitted to the department of institutions by 5:00 p.m. December 31, 1983. The plan will include FY 84, 85, 86, and 87. The second 4-year county plans are to be submitted by December 31, 1986. Comprehensive county chemical plans are to be submitted every 4 years thereafter to the department of public health and human services by 5:00 p.m. December 31. (2) County plan updates are to be submitted to the department of public health and human services by 5:00 p.m. December 31 of each year that a comprehensive 4-year county plan is not required.
