ARM 37.27.908. CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY AND ABUSE TREATMENT SERVICES: BILLING PROCEDURE FOR CONSULTATIONS WITH PARENTS

(1) Consultation by a certified chemical dependency counselor with a parent or legal guardian as part of the child's treatment must be billed to medicaid under the child's name and medicaid number. (2) The provider must indicate on the claim that the child is the patient, must state the child's diagnosis and must indicate the service was consultation with a parent or legal guardian.
