ARM 37.34.1119. PLAN OF CARE: INDIVIDUAL FAMILY SERVICE PLAN: IMPLEMENTATION

(1) The individual family services plan (IFSP) must be developed in accordance with the Part C early intervention federal regulations at 34 CFR 303.340 through 303.345. (2) The department will establish policies and procedures for the development and implementation of the IFSP that are in compliance with governing federal laws and regulations. (3) The department hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the federal regulations at 34 CFR 303.340 through 303.345. 34 CFR 303.340 through 303.345 contain the requirements under which an IFSP must be developed, reviewed, and implemented.
