ARM 37.34.1921. MEDICAID AND COMMUNITY SERVICES CHILDREN'S AUTISM PROGRAM 0667: INFORMING BENEFICIARY OF CHOICE

(1) The department will give the parent or legal representative of the child the opportunity to make a choice, on behalf of the child, between placement in an ICF/MR or in the Medicaid home and community services program. (2) The parent or legal representative must be informed of the feasible alternatives in the community, if any, available through the Medicaid home and community services program.
