ARM 37.34.955. MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM: PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES, REQUIREMENTS

(1) Physical therapy must meet the requirements of ARM 46.12.526, except that under the medicaid home and community services program: (a) maintenance therapy may be reimbursed; (i) there is not a limitation on visits for maintenance therapy; (b) training for persons providing direct care is reimbursable; and (c) participation in the interdisciplinary team planning process is reimbursable.
