ARM 37.36.610. DETERMINATION OF APPROPRIATE TELECOMMUNICATION DEVICE

(1) The program shall consult with the applicant to determine the appropriate telecommunication device or devices. However, the program shall make the final determination, taking into consideration the needs and wishes of the applicant and available funding.
