ARM 37.37.330. THERAPEUTIC FAMILY CARE, WELL-CHILD SCREENING, AND CHEMOTHERAPY

(1) Each therapeutic family care agency must assure and provide appropriate documentation that: (a) all youths receiving therapeutic family care services receive a well-child screening on an annual basis; and (b) all youths receiving chemotherapy are examined and evaluated by a licensed medical doctor at least quarterly or more frequently as required by the accepted protocol for the prescribed chemotherapy.
