ARM 37.41.107. DESIGNATION OF PLANNING AND SERVICE AREAS

(1) The department may designate as a planning and service area: (a) any unit of general-purpose local government; or (b) any district or combination of districts. (2) The department shall designate and fix the number of planning and service areas in accordance with applicable federal and state law, including 52-3-405, MCA.
