ARM 37.41.120. AREA PLAN, AMENDMENT/DEVELOPMENT

(1) An area agency shall amend the area plan if:
(a) newly enacted or amended state or federal law necessitates revision in order to comply with the law; or
(b) local law, organization, policy, or agency operations change and are no longer accurately reflected in the area plan.
(2) The area agency may use its Older Americans Act-funded subgrants and contracts only for activities under the approved area plan.
