ARM 37.41.301. NUTRITION SERVICES, ELIGIBILITY

(1) Congregate nutrition services may be made available to: (a) an older adult; (b) the spouse of an older adult; (c) persons with disabilities who live in housing facilities in which mainly older adults live and which also provide congregate nutrition services; (d) persons providing volunteer services to a congregate nutrition service provider during meal hours. (2) Nutrition providers must determine eligibility for nutrition services in accordance with the criteria in (1) and standard written procedures the provider has adopted.
