ARM 37.41.315. HOME DELIVERED NUTRITION SERVICES, PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS

(1) Nutrition service providers who provide home delivered meals shall: (a) provide for home delivered meals at least once a day, 5 or more days a week; (b) provide meals with a satisfactory storage life; (c) with the consent of the older person, or his representative, bring to the attention of appropriate officials for follow-up, conditions or circumstances which place the older person or the household in imminent danger; (d) where feasible and appropriate, make arrangements for the availability of meals to older persons in weather-related emergencies; and (e) make at least an annual written evaluation of each recipient in order to re-evaluate the need for the continuation of home delivered meals.
