ARM 37.47.101. ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES: PURPOSE

(1) Adult Protective Services (APS) investigates allegations of abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable adults. (2) APS does not provide direct support or personal care services but may refer individuals to state and local providers offering services aimed at reducing risk and addressing concerns related to adult maltreatment.
