ARM 37.47.910. TERMINATION OF HOME ATTENDANT SERVICES

(1) The recipient may request that home attendant services be discontinued or may request a change of home attendant. The social worker must act on this request. (2) The department may, in its discretion and in accordance with these rules, terminate home attendant services to a recipient. (a) The social worker must inform the recipient both in person and in writing of the decision to discontinue services and the reasons.
